Hez Sumner (b. 2003) is an American photographer and painter from Northern Kentucky. Sumner has their B.F.A in Integrative Media from Northern Kentucky University (2025). They experiment with story-telling through candid photographs and monotone paintings, addressing their emotions and memories of childhood. When Hez isn’t examining their childhood, they love shooting editorial and documentary photographs, as well as painting portraits of friends or strangers!
